December was a crazy month for SENIORITY...
In addition to catching up from a radically busy Football Season, I was going around the clock- trying to get all of our luxury printed artwork out to our professional labs in order to arrive at our wonderful client's homes in time to wrap for Christmas!
In the midst of all of the "office work," I had the honor to work with 3 different Williamson County basketball teams to create hoops hype videos- as they finish out the 2022 portion of their seasons and look towards District games and the Playoffs in March.
This particular project was super fun- as we incorporated 3 distinct video shoots into the finished project for the Centennial High School boys in Franklin.

First, we did a shoot with the entire team after practice.
Then I took the 4 Senior players to Downtown Franklin, where we shot in two different locations... We met late at night, to ensure there were less cars. The night that we shot in Franklin was super challenging, as the temperatures were hovering just above freezing. The fellas soldiered through the conditions and we were able to pull off three different setups before we shivered off to our cars! I used some colored lighting to capitalize on the blue hues in the Cougars unis and make things look cold and intense. I LOVED the way that the closeups in blue turned out!
Finally, I attended Centennial's matchup with JPII (Pope Prep High School out of Nashville) to capture some live game action.
While it was incredible to have SO much footage, this project ended up taking an insane amount of time- as it was super challenging to cull down all the great athletic moments to fit them into my 1:30 goal... In the end, the Video came in at just over 2 minutes and I easily could have made it 3 or 4, LOL!
I tried some interesting new things with sound on this Hype Video and in the end, this project became one of my favs- especially when you listen in Headphones. I think it's the start of a new direction in creativity that is going to explode as we create with more and more teams and different Sports.
